Matt Lizmore founded Modern Physique Systems to bring structure, accountability, and evidence-based training systems to clients with different backgrounds but one shared goal: improving their physique through optimized programming, scientific methods, adaptability and an emphasis on mastering the foundations of health and fitness.
With a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber and over 15 years of training experience, Matt combines practical coaching with a detail-oriented approach to programming, progression, and long-term development.
